SALVA’s fermenters are high-technology systems which ensure a fully controlled environment to optimally produce the fermentation processes required by the customer. There are three types of fermentation: direct, controlled and delayed. A fermenter has all the components required to control the temperature and humidity parameters (cold, heat and humidity). There are two types of fermenters: rack or tray, depending on whether the trays are inserted directly or placed on racks.

Models :

Salva Frio FCX-20

• Capacity : 20 trays of 60 x 40 cm or 66 x 46 cm.
• Cooling power/capacity: 1.476 kW or 1.593 kW (50 Hz or 60 Hz)
• R134 A fluid refrigerator. Use of refrigerant which does not damage the ozone layer
• Working temperature : Between -2ºC and 40ºC to adapt to its different uses.
• Insulation : With a 60 mm thickness on the walls and 40 mm on the floor

Salva Frio FC-40

• Capacity : 40 trays of 60 x 40 cm or 20 trays of 80 x 60.
• Cooling power/capacity: 2.017 kW or 2.021 kW (50 Hz or 60 Hz)
• R134 A fluid refrigerator. Use of refrigerant which does not damage the ozone layer
• Working temperature : Between -2ºC and 40ºC to adapt to its different uses.
• Insulation : With a 60 mm thickness on the walls and 40 mm on the floor

Uniform air distribution

• Our equipment ensures that the air flow (cold or hot and humid) inside the fermenter remains soft and constant, in order to ensure uniform fermentation that is respectful of the product.

Precise control of parameters

• This equipment has a very high technology component, since it uses its own electronics to control parameters inside the fermenter. The more precise the control of parameters (cold, heat and humidity), the better the quality of the fermentation process.
