N’ice is the innovative holding cabinet by Irinox. It is compact, with large storage capacity for products and/or raw materials. Like all Irinox holding cabinets, N’ice can run both positive and negative temperatures, from + 15°C to -25°C, making it ideal also for chocolate (+13°/+14°C).
