Hon Aji Ramen
Established in Japan since 1984, Hon Aji Ramen offers a variety of authentic Nagoya-style ramen. Its ramen recipes are famous for distinctively delicious soups made from carefully selected ingredients to achieve a unique perfection. Freshly made, firm ramen noodles are served with a choice of broths such as tonkatsu soup, miso soup and shoyu soup, and topped with Chasyu pork boiled in sauce until it become wholly seasoned, truly tasty and can be melt in the mouth. Very palatable side dishes like grilled gyoza and chicken karaage are also available.
